1. Acceptance
By creating an account or using MarysReel, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. Service description
MarysReel helps users generate draft voiceover scripts, review and edit scripts, render videos with stock footage and subtitles, prepare YouTube metadata and optionally publish completed videos to connected YouTube channels.
3. Accounts
You are responsible for the accuracy of your account information, for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity that happens under your account.
4. Credits and payments
Video generation uses credits according to the pricing shown in the application. Credits are consumed for rendered video minutes. Payments are processed through Stripe. Unless required by law, purchased credits are not automatically refundable after they are used for generation.
5. User content
You are responsible for the topics, prompts, scripts, edits, titles, descriptions, tags and publishing choices you provide or approve. You must not use the service to create or publish illegal, infringing, deceptive, abusive or harmful content.
6. AI output
AI-generated drafts may contain mistakes, omissions or unsuitable wording. You must review and edit scripts and metadata before rendering or publishing. MarysReel does not guarantee that generated content is accurate, complete, unique or suitable for every purpose.
7. Stock footage and third-party platforms
The service may use third-party stock footage and APIs. Their availability, licensing terms, rate limits and behavior can change. If you publish to YouTube, you are responsible for complying with YouTube policies, copyright rules and community guidelines.
8. YouTube publishing
YouTube publishing is optional. When you connect a channel, you authorize MarysReel to upload videos only when you request it from the application. You can disconnect or remove channels from the dashboard.
9. Prohibited use
You may not attempt to abuse the service, bypass credit usage, overload workers, scrape private areas, reverse engineer protected parts of the service, upload malware, violate third-party rights or use the service for unlawful activity.
10. Availability
We aim to keep the service available, but generation depends on external AI, media, payment and publishing providers. Temporary failures, queue delays, provider rate limits or maintenance may occur.
11. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent allowed by law, MarysReel is provided as-is and we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or lost-profit damages resulting from use of the service.
12. Changes
We may update these terms when the service changes or legal requirements change. Continued use of the service after changes means you accept the updated terms.
